DON’T BE BLIND TO BLINDNESS

TRACHOMA

Australia is equal to a third world country ?

Trachoma is rampant in the Aboriginal Community in Central Australia. The Government wiped out Trachoma in the white slums about 100 years ago, so WHY aren’t they doing anything for our Australian Aboriginal people. Nothing has been done for Trachoma since Fred Hollows has passed away.

For us , we think that this is disgraceful when all you need to do is give antibiotics once or twice a year  and to teach good hygeine.

Please leave your comment ,  it would be much appreciated.

These are the three main Australian flags, we would like to merge them into one flag.  What are your ideas?   Lets have your comments please.   Lorna

Our Health

From doing this course (Aboriginal Health Certificate IV) I am convinced that diet plays a major role and is the reason for all the diseases that we have to contend with.  The main one being Dibetes Type 2 leading to Renal and Cardiovascular Diseases.

What do you think?
